The woman behind Balance Point Accounting Ltd is Beata Polus, an experienced accountant with 18 years in the finance industry. She is AAT qualified and holds a Master’s degree from the University of Economics in Krakow, Poland. With a deep understanding of business finances and a passion for helping entrepreneurs, Beata has dedicated her career to supporting business owners in starting, growing, and managing their businesses with confidence.

His career started as a sales representative, where he gained valuable experience in sales and market dynamics. Seeking to broaden his expertise, he went to Lloyds TSB in Bournemouth, UK, where he deepened his understanding of international business operations and financial management.
Rafał's entrepreneurial journey took a significant step forward when he successfully established the first Polish accounting office in Bournemouth, providing essential financial and business advisory services Building on this success, he founded multiple companies, including RD Cleaning Services (Bournemouth) Limited and Coastal Property Management and Consulting Limited, demonstrating his ability to identify market opportunities and turn them into thriving businesses . With years of hands-on experience in business strategy, financial planning, and company formation, Rafał has been a trusted advisor. His expertise in business planning, market expansion, and operational efficiency makes him a key asset to entrepreneurs looking to start, grow, or optimize their businesses.
